    1. ENVIRONMENT (ambient, freezer, heat,
      washdown, dusty, outdoors)?
    2. PALLET INFORMATION
      Size?
      Type?
      Maximum Weight?
      Drawing of Bottom of Pallet?
      Rate (number of pallets per hour)?

      PALLET DATA

      Fill in length, width and overall height on the proper pallet illustration shown on the left. If you cannot completely describe a pallet on this form, furnish a complete sketch with all information and dimensions. If a palletizer is to load more than one size and type of pallet, indicate and give complete information.

    3. PALLET ORIENTATION on conveyor (i.e. which edge is leading when pallet is being conveyed)?
    4. EW (Effective Conveying Width) to match?
    5. ELEVATION required for the conveyors – TOR (i.e. Top of Roller)?
    6. CONVEYOR SPEED in FPM (Feet Per Minute)?
    7. MOTOR/REDUCER brand required? (Alba standard is Baldor/Dodge Tigear II)
    8. CONVEYOR COLOR (Alba standard paint color is Alba Blue. If other than our standard, we would require an RAL number or paint chip)?
    9. ROLLER FINISH (steel tubing, galvanized tubing, or zinc plated)?
    10. ANY OTHER special requirements or specifications?
